Journey Into The Sacred Self
February 4, 2027 // 12:00 AM - February 10, 2027 // 12:00 AM
Spirituality is less about what we believe and more about how we experience and relate to the divine—however you understand that. For some, that is God. For others, it is the inner voice, the wisdom of the body, or a felt sense of belonging to the world around us.
Spirituality is experiential. It is relational.
Inner work opens the door to healing, and spiritual practice helps us integrate what we uncover. It supports our alignment with our deepest truth and nourishes the unfolding of who we are becoming.
For as long as humans have existed, there have been myths. These stories helped our ancestors (and us) make sense of life while connecting them to both their inner world and the larger mystery of existence.
In the beautiful country of Guatemala, we will weave together healing practices, somatic regulation, spirituality, and ancient wisdom.
Because true transformation happens through the integration of the whole being.
This journey is about discovering the sacred within and learning how to bring that sacred awareness into everyday life.
Healing is more than emotional wellbeing, and spirituality is more than a transaction.
It is participating in the creative process of life.
It is listening to your inner voice.
It is feeling connected to the world around you.
It is expressing who you are in ever-expanding forms.
It is allowing yourself to be recreated again and again.
Life is not about finally arriving at a fixed version of yourself.
It is a continual unfolding.
A cycle of creation and re-creation.
A living process of becoming more whole.
We are honored to offer a healing journey, a spiritual journey, and a cultural journey.
My hope is not that you leave as a “fully integrated” human.
My hope is that you leave with something far more sustainable: tools, remembrances, and embodied experiences that continue to support your unfolding long after the retreat ends.
Because wholeness is not a one-time achievement.
It is a lifelong journey of healing, integration, and creative evolution.
I hope you’ll join us.
