Breathwork
Breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious breathing to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Because the breath directly influences the nervous system, intentional breathing can help shift the body out of stress and into a state of balance and regulation.
In a breathwork session, specific breathing patterns are used to help release stored tension, process emotions, and increase self-awareness. Unlike talk-based approaches, breathwork works bottom-up—through the body—making it especially helpful when emotions or patterns feel hard to access through words alone.
